An Agent of Change in the rebuilding and restoration of
the lives of the youth in custody in the Northern Virginia
Juvenile Detention Home and in other the Juvenile Justice
facilities by bringing together partners in the community who
will invest their time, talent and resources to help transform
them from Victims to Victors.

A Partner with Juvenile Justice local leadership in
strategic initiatives such as reduction of recidivism,
disproportionate minority confinement, and effective diversion
and probation programs
They shall be the ones who
repair the ruined cities, The desolations of many
generations (families and friends) Isaiah 61:4
and. They would cause no more pain; have God expand
their territories for Him. That they make it through
their Urban Passage.
